It’s the ideal setup for groups traveling together who want to stay close while still enjoying the comfort and privacy of their own space. Thoughtfully designed and well-appointed, this unit offers a welcoming home base for relaxing between Charleston adventures. Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families. This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-06545 and Business License BL034116.
Guest Access
🔑Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.

While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that: ⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. ⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours. ⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location. ⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise. 🧑🔧 To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.
